LongHorn Steakhouse recently launched the “Peak Season” menu to accompany its variety of fresh, never frozen, expertly grilled steaks. The Peak Season menu introduces a variety of new menu items–including an appetizer, soup, salad, signature side, dessert and beverage–that highlight the freshest ingredients of the season. Available for a limited time only, LongHorn’s summer Peak Season offering includes the Ranch House Cobb Salad. featuring hand-chopped lettuce, grilled corn salsa, fresh avocado, tomato, cucumber, cheddar jack cheese and crisp applewood smoked bacon topped with a smoky tomato ranch dressing. Other items include Parmesan Crusted Asparagus, Fire-Grilled Corn on the Cob, Roasted Tomato Basil Soup, Very Berry Grilled Pound Cake and the Summer Apple Margarita. The menu rotates four times a year. Starting the second week in September, LongHorn’s Peak Season menu will transition to feature robust and hearty fall flavors.
