Seasonal Concepts Wins 2012 Merchandising Award

Seasonal Concepts, one of the Midwest’s finest casual furniture retailers, with locations in Overland Park, St. Louis and Tulsa, has been awarded Best Outdoor Display, Multi-site, by Casual Living Magazine. The retailer is featured in the June issue of the magazine. Casual Living, long considered the voice of the leisure marketplace, has honored casual furniture specialty stores with its annual Merchandising Awards since 2001. The awards recognize fashion-forward displays, creative use of accessories and excellence in merchandising. Seasonal Concepts, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, recently unveiled the spectacular remodel of its St. Louis area store, and prior to that, showcased the expansion and remodel of its flagship Overland Park store. The retailer worked with Belgard Hardscapes, one of the country’s leading suppliers of highend paving stones and garden wall products, and several of the Midwest’s finest landscape architects and designers to create showrooms that bring the outdoors inside.
